Ammm i pay all my payment but the admin office did not put my document on the school portal​​​

please we want to make the payment 

I have paid all the Receipts and fill all the requirements also submit to add my ksp to portal but not seen, please what's the issue

Please I have done all the necessary screening and I have submitted photocopy of my admission letter and receipts, I was ask to go for payment today but I still not cannot pay. Please I need assistance.

I want to pay for my registration for returning student with spillover and the money written was 18800 instead of  10050
